David Rosarius has seven years experience working for the U.S. Government, eight years in the Information Technology field and six years experience at Land-Tech Surveying & Mapping Corp. in Oviedo, Florida. He is responsible for survey drafting, flood zone determinations, elevation certificates, project management, computer systems administration, and equipment and computer maintenance.

Mr. Rosarius has also worked as an instrument man in the field and has a high level of skills in surveying and mapping.
